Sub-head of  Procurement Ocean Cargo Division , European Region Salary - 84.240 EUR Gross per year Location of work Rotterdam Responsibilities Development of ocean business products/strategy for further volume/revenue increase Development of procurement strategy for further competitiveness/sales power increase   Required Capabilities Planning skill of ocean forwarding products, procurement plan Analysing skill of ocean business market Negotiation skill against carriers Verification skill of carrier's service Communication skill with our pan-European network Management skill and Leadership   Role and Responsibilities Procurement Strategy Planning based on our lifting result and market trend Rate Negotiation with carriers based on above mentioned strategy Development and Promotion of Ocean forwarding products Planning.
